Private sessions are where I meet you exactly as you are.
I tailor each 60- or 90-minute session to what your body and nervous system need that day—anything from gentle myofascial release and restorative rest to breathwork, core strength, and playful inversions.
I draw on 25 years of refining my craft in yoga and Thai yoga therapy to help you build capacity with compassion: sometimes we press forward, sometimes we pause—always with your goals at the center.
One-on-one is standard (small groups by request).
